Dear Friends,

We found out today that missed our funding goal by approx. $400.

On the bright side, we are extremely excited that our Project raised nearly $1600 from generous people literally around the world! The number shown on Kickstarter are less, but we did receive some checks directly. When it looked like we would miss our priginal goal, we chose not to depositr them.

Since we did not meet our goal, Kickstarter will refund your donation, I believe by issuing a credit on your credit card.

Since we began our project, one member of our Camp ended up with malarian and pneumonia in Kulua Lumpur and another member is unable to get to the Playa by the end of August.

HOWEVER, Susan and I are still going to the Playa. We are taking our Blue Bus rather than Alice our Burning Man RV, we are traveling fior just the two of us but we still plan our Project on the Playa next year. 

We still have had all of the health problems that we faced last year that had been a struggle and some have chosed to send us a donation direct. We will not be able to fil as many tummies with yummies, but we will di o our best to bring some chewables to the Playa community.
